  I had an arrangement delivered to me yesterday it look like a little kid literally did it I do flower arrangements myself that's what I majored in in high school so when I see this I think oh my the middle flower in the arrangement is pushed down below the rest of them it is absolutely horrible and the mixtures of the flowers don't even go

  When I received a picture of the flowers from my aunt I was shocked to see that they were COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than the ones I ordered. When I called the following Monday the person who answered was not apologetic what so ever and said that the flower choice is not guaranteed. I found that to be a ridiculous excuse considering no one called me to inform me that they were "out of the flowers" I chose. I wouldn't have been so upset if they called and explained the situation, I would've just asked them to put light pink roses in the arrangement.. simple as that. I'm not the type of person to complain or get upset but when I spend $70 on flowers I expect them to be the ones I chose or at least somewhat close to it.

  After all of this, all I asked of them was to deliver the correct flowers to her because I know how much they would have meant to her. It is now Thursday and of course.. no flowers have been delivered.

  DO NOT order flowers from this location unless you want them to deliver the completely different flowers than the ones you choose. I spent hours going through each and every one of their arrangements to find the perfect one. My aunt (who I sent the flowers to) is a two time breast cancer survivor therefore, choosing an arrangement with light pink roses served as a huge significance to us.

  Girlfriend absolutely loved them..made her the talk of the workplace.. extremely happy with the beautiful flowers..will order from them from now on
